Clyde Billaud | Lawyer-Defender
In 2013, he joined the firm of Maître Patricia Rey, Lawyer-Defender, after several years in the judicial department of the offices of Mrs. Bettina Bohoni and Mr. André Garino, Receivers Administrators at the Court of Appeal of Monaco.
After having passed the access exam to the profession of Lawyer, he is appointed as a trainee Lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Monaco by Order of the Director of Judicial Services dated 22 December 2016, then as Lawyer at the Court of Appeal of Monaco by Order of the Director of Judicial Services of 7 January 2020. He was appointed as Lawyer-Defender by Sovereign Order No. 11.078 of 18 February 2025.

Cindy Billaud | Senior Associate
Holder of the Certificate of Aptitude for the Profession of Lawyer since 2019, Cindy Billaud practiced as a lawyer at the Nice Bar before joining the firm of Maître Alexis Marquet in 2022 and then that of Maître Christophe Ballerio-Lecuyer until 2024. In 2025, she joined Master Clyde Billaud as a collaborator.

Virginie Maulandi | Law Clerck
Holder of a law degree in civil procedure, she has been working in the legal field in the Principality of Monaco for nearly 20 years.
She has thus acquired a thorough mastery of the monitoring of procedures, the preparation of documents, coordination between jurisdictions and contact with clients, thanks to a journey made within several law firms in the Principality of Monaco.
